Twilights Kellan Lutz Talks 'Breaking Dawn' Wedding Scene

Hollywood Life caught up with Kellan Lutz (Emmett Cullen) at the Solstice Sunglass Boutique Summer Soiree on June 21st! Kellan talked about the miserable weather conditions on filming the wedding scenes in Breaking Dawn Part 1!

We knew the wedding scene was shot in cold rainy weather but we had no clue just how awful the conditions were — especially for Kristen, Ashley and Nikki!

Kristen Stewart‘s wedding day wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows it seems. HollywoodLife.com spoke with Twilight star Kellan Lutzat the Solstice Sunglass Boutique Summer Soiree on June 21 in NYC and he revealed that there was more than just a little bit of mud and rain on the highly anticipated day! We’ve always heard that rain on your wedding day is good luck, but it’s definitely not fun!“Very cold. Very wet,” Kellan tells us of the weddingday. “Very miserable for the females who didn’t have heaters by them. But it was beautiful. It was beautiful; the set designer did an amazing job. The fans will really enjoy seeing it.”

Kellan’s co-star Peter Facinelli echoed Kellan’s comments when he spoke to MTV about the shoot in Squamish, BC Canada: “With this wedding, it rained the whole time we shot the two scenes. But you’ll never see it on film, they block out the rain. They put tarps up and you’ll never see it. But for us, it was very wet and muddy and cold.”

But even though the Twilight saga has almost come to an end, Kellan says it’s bittersweet.

“No, I’m not really sad. This last movie was 7 months of pretty tough work,” Kellan says. “And we are all very blessed to be a part of it, but I don’t think it’s really going to sink in that it’s over till the last premiere, then we’ll still have a couple years for it to really sink in.”

We have to say that Kellan is one of the most down-to-earth actors in Hollywood and we are so happy we got a chance to meet him!

Twilights Robert Pattinson Supports 'RTL - We Help Children'

At the Germany premiere of "Water for Elephants" Robert Pattinson shows his good heart and is committed to "RTL - We help children".

In Berlin, presented the main character in the rousing circus drama RTL-Charity Director Wolfram Kons an autographed material elephants. The cuddly stuffed animals can now be bought. In auktion@spendenmarathon.de all bids are collected. The proceeds will be one to one needy children better. But not only the "Twilight" star is "RTL - We help children" in the elephant fever.
Cindy aus Marzahn, Birgit Schrowange, David Hasselhoff, Otto Waalkes, Frauke Ludowig and Sylvie van der Vaart and Daniel Hartwich have drawn their very own pachyderms, which also will be sold now.

When I arrive at Fox studios in Los Angeles, the mid-morning sunshine is already crazy-bright. "Go straight ahead till you reach the doughnut," says security guard, gesturing toward a 12ft sculpture honouring Homer Simpson. "And then keep going, past the Star Wars mural, till you get to a row of penguins. Opposite the panguis, there's a hedge sculpted in the shape pf a violin. You should find Mr. Pattinson there." This is the mad, make-believe world that Robert Pattinson now inhabits. He's here doing last-minute voice dubbing, even though it's Sunday and the studious are deserted, because he is currently Britains's highest-paid actor (last year's Sunday Times Rich List put the 24-years-old's worth at £ 13 million) and his work is never done. He is a nice boy from leafy Barnes, west London, who became an international teen idol after his brooding performance in the scarily popular vampire saga Twilight (now a tetralogy). He is the Keanu Reeves of the Facebook generation; Leonardo DiCaprio for age of Twitter. He shaves his sdieburns or has a beer and thousands of fans comment about it. He has even acquired a slightly demeaning nickname: RPattz. But while his character Edward Cullen is doomed to stay 17 for ever, Pattinson is growing up and moving on.

Twilights Robert Pattinson Talks ' Breaking Dawn'

Chicago Sun Time interviewed Robert Pattinson recently while promoting his new film Water For Elephants. Rob talked about Breaking Dawn and ending his role as Edward Cullen.

“It does feel like a breakup. I do love the guy — and I’m going to miss him,” Pattinson, 24, says during an interview with the Sun-Times on a cool Sunday afternoon from his hotel suite in Santa Monica, Calif. “I prefer to think of ending this franchise like leaving school. It’s the last day of high school.”

He mulls over the plusses of leaving behind his romantic alter ego.

“I’ll be very glad not to put those contacts in anymore or have to put on the sparkling makeup,” he says with a giggle.

The thing about Pattinson is, he likes to giggle. A lot. Then his voice softens.

“It’s been amazing to play the same character through so many adventures. And it’s so strange because my life has changed so much over these years, but ‘Twilight’ and Edward Cullen will always be a part of me. It’s been my whole life. My whole 20s,” he says. “And I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

Briefly coming out of "Twilight" to give "Water for Elephants", the most charming vampire in the world, Robert Pattinson talked with Galina Galkina.

- They say you agreed to participate in the movie "Water for Elephants" only after meeting your partner - Tai the elephant. How did she win you?
Rob: Her trainer asked me "Do you want to see what tricks she can do?" It turns out that Tai can do a parody of a horse and even a chicken! When the trainer asked her to show a horse, she did this "Frrr!" sound. How can you get an elephant to do this? She knows how to play ball and even can make a stand at the forelegs. And I thought, "This is an amazing animal! I was very lucky that I was invited to be in a movie with her!"

- Do you have pets?
Rob: For 18 years I had a dog. She died two years ago. Now I have another dog. I bought it two, no, three days ago.

- Really? What's the breed?
Rob: It's a little puppy, common mongrel. I took it from the animal shelter, he should have been put to sleep today. And now he's going to be my dog.

- How old is he? He cries at night?
Rob: Six months. No, he's very quiet. He hasn't utter a sound. This is very strange (laughs)

Our weeklong celebration of all things Robert Pattinson has almost reached its glorious, OME-laden conclusion with the debut of "MTV First: Robert Pattinson," our 30-minute conversation with the "Twilight" star. But before the show goes live at 8:56 p.m. ET, we've got one more favorite RPattz moment to present — our favorite one of all.

Previously, we've celebrated our first interview with him and Kristen Stewart, the duo's onstage smooch at the MTV Movie Awards, Rob's first appearance at the Oscars and his love for "Twilight"-branded personal lubrication.

So what happened to nab our #1 favorite RPattz moment? Oh, just the time he uncorked a few filthy words during a live MTV News interview.

It all went down last June at the "Eclipse" premiere during our red-carpet live stream. The crowd outside the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles was squealing like mad, and we wanted to know if one rumor could possibly be true: Was Pattinson really looking forward to the moment the "Twilight" franchise would be behind him?

"That was such bullsh--. I am so pissed off!" he said.

But Rob, man, we're live!

"Oh sh--!" he cried.

That's not making it better. Oh well, those are the perils and pleasures of reporting live. And as it turned out, after Pattinson declared that he'd been misquoted about being ready to leave "Twilight" behind, he went on to give us a very thoughtful answer about the prospect of life after the vampire franchise.

"Anyone who says they're tired of this is completely crazy. If I ever said that, someone should just remind me of what I was doing before: just sitting around doing nothing," he said, adding, "I love doing the movies. I like all the people. I've had a great time on all of them. The cast is great. It's just weird. It's become so much a part of my life. It's like divorcing someone. I guess I'll see. Maybe it'll be great. I have no idea."

"It's a PG-13 movie, but also it is what it is and it's a union," Rathbone said. "They are consummating their relationship and they don't just do it once, let's put it that way."

Robert Pattinson And Bill Condon Talk ‘Breaking Dawn’

Public speaking has never been Robert Pattinson’s favorite part of his job. But presenting the Golden Globe to director Susanne Bier for her drama “In a Better World” Sunday night proved to be a welcome respite for the actor, who’s knee deep in the middle of filming “Breaking Dawn,” the final installment of the “Twilight” saga, which will be split into two parts.

“It’s been really hard shooting both films at the same time,” admitted the 24-year-old star, moments before he had run backstage to present his award with “Tron” star Olivia Wilde. “But it’s the end of an era.”
That era certainly will be one that Summit Entertainment, the films’ distributor, not to mention the franchise’s devoted fans, will be sorry to see go. Starting with 2008’s “Twilight,” the fantasy romance that first saw Pattinson’s handsome, brooding vampire encounter his mortal love, Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart), the movie series has taken in roughly $1.8 billion at the worldwide box office, as audiences lined up to see Swan wrestle with her feelings for her immortal boyfriend and her best friend, Jacob (Taylor Lautner), a werewolf, over the course of the next two films, 2009′s “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” and 2010′s “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.”

At the start of the first part of “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn,” Bella consents to Edward’s marriage proposal — Edward’s condition if he is to grant Bella’s request that he transform her into a vampire — and the young couple are wed before heading to a remote island getaway for a honeymoon.
Speaking by phone this month, director Bill Condon, who’s helming both installments of the finale, said he has been thrilled with what he’s seen from his leads. “All the characters are moving [in this chapter],” he said. “It’s really about the passage from adolescence to adulthood, and they all seem energized by that. It’s the stuff they are all connecting to in their lives.”

As for Pattinson specifically, Condon added, “Now he’s dealing with a character who’s like him. The final movie allows us to step behind the curtain of what it’s like to be a vampire. It doesn’t seem that exotic anymore; It’s trying to be more real.”

The director, though, was reticent to share any details of the production, which is filming in both New Orleans and Vancouver, Canada, with a jaunt to an island off the coast of Brazil — a location that might in the end prove the most memorable to Condon, because the entire cast and crew needed for the honeymoon scene was stranded after a long day of filming.

“It was incredible. We got caught in the middle of this huge rainstorm — I’ll remember it forever,” Condon said. “Eighty people sleeping on the floor of the set. We couldn’t leave.”

Kristen Stewart Talks Eclipse And Breaking Dawn

Of course, Breaking Dawn will offer new, perhaps more controversial, challenges as a pregnant Bella makes the transition with Edward to vampire.

“I can’t wait to see how Bella transforms,” confesses Stewart, “and I can’t wait for her to get married and have a kid. It’s all of that.”

And what kind of vampire will Bella turn out to be on screen?

“I’ve been on the outskirts of what it would feel like to play one of them,” she says. “I’ve thought about it a lot and I can’t wait to actually be it. It’s going to be a trip … and I think she’s going to be the coolest vampire out of all of them.”

Another Breaking Dawn bonus for the actress is that the book’s multiple storylines won’t be streamlined or edited like the Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse books-to-movies.

“That’s why I’m glad that Breaking Dawn is going to be two movies,” she says. “So there’s going to be less of that – less of having to lose stuff.”

Kristen Stewart comes bearing a gift. The actress — who’s gangly, strikingly beautiful, and still only 20 despite having made movies for nearly a decade — has baked her interviewer a little loquat pie, which she carries in a mini-aluminum tin, like one you’d find in a child’s Easy-Bake oven set. Stewart and costars Taylor Lautner, 18, and Robert Pattinson, 24, have gathered to talk about Eclipse, which opens June 30 and is, of course, the third installment in the phenomenally successful Twilight saga. The movie, rated PG-13 and directed by David Slade, finds Jacob (Lautner) and his werewolf pals joining forces with Edward (Pattinson) and his vampire clan to defend Bella (Stewart) against an army of new vampires. At the moment, however, no one wants to talk about the movie — the darkest and most compelling of the franchise so far. They just want to try the pie, which features fruit from Stewart’s own backyard. “It’s not warm and there’s no ice cream, and those are really the two things that would make it exceptional,” she says. “But it will be fine.”
